Area Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

Jio is seeking an Area Talent Acquisition Executive based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have between two to six years of experience with a qualification of MBA or Diploma in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies using diverse sourcing methods efficiently within established budgets, service level agreements (SLA), and quality benchmarks for the designated area.
• Expand and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with alternate sourcing avenues, including college campuses, government skill development bodies, and employment exchanges.
• Oversee recruitment compliance activities, such as background verification, salary negotiations, and audit responses related to hiring.
• Manage recruitment projects in line with specified timelines.
• Continuously analyze recruitment dashboards and metrics to ensure timely completion as per SLA.
• Prioritize and expedite hiring for critical positions within the area.
• Collaborate closely with area stakeholders to guarantee prompt fulfillment of hiring needs across various verticals.
• Enhance candidate engagement throughout the pre-onboarding phase to improve overall employee experience.
