Role Overview

The Architect role is full-time and based onsite in Riyadh. The architect will be responsible for contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases of Maskan’s real estate projects. Key daily activities include generating architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering, construction, and design teams to align efforts with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs focusing on functionality, sustainability, and compliance with local building regulations and codes.
• Conduct design reviews and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Support project documentation and manage design modifications as projects progress.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to balance aesthetic goals, technical feasibility, and budget limitations.
• Utilize advanced digital design tools and software to produce high-quality architectural outputs.
• Integrate emerging technologies and innovative materials into project designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design, including concept creation, space planning, and detailed technical drawings.
• Understanding of software development and integration pertinent to architectural tools, including BIM platforms and design technologies.
• Proven project management capabilities encompassing planning, coordination, timeline adherence, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles applicable to real estate projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with applicable professional experience in real estate or construction environments.
• Familiarity with Riyadh and regional building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and excellent communication skills for presenting and justifying design choices.
• Capacity to work onsite, multitask in dynamic settings, and cooperate efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
