About the Company

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH, part of the Teupe Group, specializes in industrial scaffolding construction. We provide our scaffolding services at various plants within the chemical processing, energy, and steel production industries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a new trainee (m/f/d) for scaffolding at our Marl location. In this role, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures. Additionally, you will receive training on planning and drawing diverse scaffolding systems, managing maintenance, storage, and transportation of scaffolding components.

Training and Education

You will attend vocational school and participate in inter-company block training sessions. Safety regulations and practices will be a core part of your learning to ensure safe and diligent work.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of at least a good secondary school leaving certificate
• Enjoyment of outdoor work and assembling scaffolding and special structures such as bridges and buildings from drawings
• Physical fitness and resilience to weather conditions
• Team-oriented attitude with strong ambition
