Animation Specialist

About the Role

Join the Active Team at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage, where you'll engage in guest relations and animation roles designed to create memorable vacation experiences. This position is centered on delivering dynamic and creative guest services with an emphasis on movement, teamwork, and fun across our hotels in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Informing guests about nearby recreational activities and attractions.
• Planning, organizing, and implementing entertainment programs, which include sports, creative tasks, games, competitions, and excursions.
• Providing childcare as part of the hotel’s event offerings, such as crafts, face painting, torchlight hikes, and winter sports activities.
• Leading various sports classes such as yoga, Zumba, and water gymnastics.
• Hosting in-house events, including children’s discos and bingo evenings.
• Welcoming and assisting bus tour groups.
• Generating innovative ideas to enhance guest entertainment.
• Collaborating with other teams to support events.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Overseeing entertainment and leisure program planning and execution.
• Developing creative guest engagement initiatives.
• Supporting event coordination with other teams.
• Managing administrative duties related to the role.
• Leading and coordinating the department, including creating work schedules.
• Mentoring apprentices within the department.
• Offering assistance in guest advisement and support.
