Amazon Ads Specialist

Role Overview

The organization is looking for a seasoned Amazon Ads Specialist who can oversee and expand advertising efforts for the Amazon USA marketplace. This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, campaign tuning, and performance-driven marketing, preferably from an e-commerce or product-focused business.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and refine Amazon ad campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Own the PPC approach for the Amazon USA marketplace with the goal of increasing sales and strengthening ROAS.
• Perform keyword discovery, competitor benchmarking, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
• Track campaign performance indicators such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Use performance data to spot expansion opportunities and guide optimization decisions.
• Work alongside catalog and content teams to enhance product listings and improve ad outcomes.
• Prepare recurring performance summaries with clear, practical recommendations.
• Keep abreast of changes in Amazon ad products, marketplace tools, and policy updates.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of practical experience handling Amazon Ads/PPC for the Amazon USA marketplace.
• Previous employment in an e-commerce or product-based organization is required.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and the advertising console.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large-budget campaigns successfully.
• Comfort using Excel, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong capability in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.

This position is based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India and is structured as a full-time, on-site role.
