Air Freight Operations Executive

About the Role

We seek a meticulous Air Freight Operations Executive responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily air freight activities. This position requires liaison with airlines, international clients, third-party agents, and offshore logistics teams to guarantee seamless and punctual shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange air freight bookings and coordinate shipment movements with airlines.
• Maintain communication with airlines, customers, and agents via phone and email channels.
• Collaborate effectively with international and offshore logistics teams to facilitate end-to-end operational workflow.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipment documents including airwaybills and invoices.
• Assist in customs documentation and compliance as part of provided training.
• Monitor shipment progress, adhere to company procedures, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams for daily operational tasks and communications.

Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Capability to coordinate with various stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Detail-conscious individual with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working within structured, process-oriented, and deadline-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of logistics, air freight, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Knowledge of invoices and airwaybills is advantageous.
• Motivated to learn systems, processes, and international logistics workflows.

Training Provided

Comprehensive training will be offered on booking platforms, documentation processes, and customs compliance procedures.

Educational Qualifications

• Open to any graduate or postgraduate degree holders.
• Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are preferred.
