Role Overview

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will independently drive the adoption and expansion of state-of-the-art AI solutions. This individual contributor role combines innovation with significant impact, helping enterprises leverage Generative AI for transformative benefits. You will collaborate closely with Sales Executives to tailor Mistral's offerings to client needs, architect implementation plans, allocate necessary resources, and facilitate seamless GenAI integration into business operations.

Your responsibilities include supporting the transition of GenAI technologies from conceptual stages to production, coordinating with product and research teams for customized AI delivery, addressing complex challenges with AI solutions, contributing to AI technological progress, and conducting in-person work at client sites with travel comprising 30% to 60% of your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sales and sales processes by understanding client requirements, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales progression with technical insights.
• Assist customers in deploying Mistral's AI models and products within their infrastructure, customizing models, and integrating APIs for user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain communication with internal product and technical teams to convey feedback and recommend improvements.
• Drive customer success through ongoing support, ensuring maximum utilization of products, conducting satisfaction reviews, and guiding feature enhancements.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities where AI solutions can deliver high value, influencing evaluation criteria and developing strategic visions aligned with customer goals.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in relevant scientific disciplines such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• A deep passion for artificial intelligence and commitment to staying current with advancements.
• Proven expertise in AI or machine learning product implementation.
• Proficient in prototype development using Python or JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid foundational knowledge in AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Skilled in coding and familiar with front-end integration processes.
• Ability to synergize technical solutions with business value while being results-oriented and resilient.
• Fluent in English; familiarity with sales qualification methodologies is advantageous.
