About the Role
Become a key contributor within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business by joining as an Advisor in Workforce Strategy and Insights. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with skilled professionals to influence and shape Queensland's future workforce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of workforce initiatives, including organizing events and meetings to align with departmental goals.
- Develop and support training programs by creating content and managing the department’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Produce comprehensive written documents such as briefing notes, reports, and presentations that support workforce strategy efforts.
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and prepare regular status updates for stakeholder review.
- Provide logistical and facilitation support during events and meetings, handling setup and troubleshooting as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated strong organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and events efficiently.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials that are consistent with organizational objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Proven interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain productive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
