Role overview
Uniestate Properties LLC is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Executive to help manage the company’s daily administrative workload. This position is centered on keeping office processes organized, maintaining accurate records, supporting different teams, and ensuring administrative tasks run smoothly for the organization’s real estate development operations in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities
- Track and update records for staff accommodation provided by the company, including occupancy details, allocation status, and related reporting.
- Handle coordination for employee medical tests, visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government documentation required for technicians and staff.
- Keep employee files, administrative records, and company documents current, secure, and well organized.
- Draft, process, and follow up on letters, reports, and other administrative paperwork as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and outside service providers to ensure administrative tasks are completed on schedule.
- Oversee office stationery, supplies, and other administrative inventory needed for day-to-day operations.
- Support the rollout and upkeep of administrative policies, procedures, and record-management systems.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to HR, Operations, and Project teams to help business activities run efficiently.
Experience and qualifications
The employer is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of administration experience, ideally gained in the UAE real estate, construction, or property development sector. A bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related discipline is required.
