Position Overview

We are seeking Casual Administration Officers who will play a pivotal role in coordinating service delivery for both internal teams and external clients. Reporting directly to the Administration Team Lead, you will help maintain seamless and professional interactions within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling email communications and managing schedules including diaries and calendars.
Providing reception support by welcoming clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and overseeing visitor site access.
Ensuring the maintenance of confidential client files and records and managing client payment processing.

Candidate Profile

Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
Professional demeanor, courteous approach, and polished appearance when engaging with clients and colleagues.
