Role overview
The company is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant in Singapore to help keep financial paperwork organised and support the finance function with light administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Handle the filing and arrangement of financial records received from retail outlets and sent to the office.
- Make sure paperwork is correctly classified, clearly labelled, and stored in a way that supports quick access and audit checks.
- Assist the Finance team with simple administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: O Level or equivalent.
- Availability for 1 to 2 days each week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Willingness to commit for up to 1 to 2 months.
- No prior experience is required; fresh applicants are welcome.
- Open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents due to quota restrictions.
