Job Overview

Nivadita Overseas is seeking a diligent full-time Accountant experienced with Busy Billing Software to join their team located at Nivoseas Lighting LLP, Sector 104, Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and invoicing tasks utilizing Busy Software.
• Prepare GST-compliant invoices and perform fundamental accounting duties.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries accurately.
• Oversee stock levels and inventory records.
• Conduct bank statement reconciliations.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts efficiently.
• Record payment receipts and payments.
• Generate various reports using Busy Software.
• Liaise with Chartered Accountant regarding accounting matters.
• Handle general bookkeeping and office-related accounting tasks.

Work Schedule

The position requires working from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, six days weekly with one day off. Note that the store operates all seven days.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Busy Billing Software is essential.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• Proficient computer skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be trustworthy, organized, and responsible in performing duties.
