Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) available to work full-time or part-time, responsible for a broad range of financial tasks within the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements including an initial analysis of profit and loss accounts.
Support and process annual financial statements with care and accuracy.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting regularly.
Handle payroll postings and payment transactions.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate bookkeeping procedures with hotel contacts.
Ensure prompt handling of correspondence related to accounting matters.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on financial accounting.
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably with a background in hotel or gastronomy sectors, is advantageous.
Highly organized and independent working style complemented by strong English language skills.
Flexibility, resilience under pressure, and a professional demeanor are essential.
