About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 3D AI Engineer to join our team in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, working onsite to develop sophisticated AI-driven pipelines for 3D garment creation and digital avatar integration. The position demands a professional with expertise in computer vision, deep learning, 3D geometry, and mesh manipulation who can produce precise and high-quality garment meshes tailored to digital avatars.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI workflows that generate garment meshes and fit them seamlessly onto digital avatars.
- Manage 3D mesh components such as vertices, edges, faces, topology, and geometric transformations.
- Implement techniques for mesh deformation, refinement, and alignment.
- Develop UV mapping and texture generation processes.
- Contribute to 3D avatar rigging and animation workflows.
- Build scalable, high-performance AI and computer vision pipelines.
- Optimize GPU-accelerated inference processes for faster execution.
- Deploy AI models efficiently in production settings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance pipeline effectiveness and quality.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with PyTorch, NumPy, and OpenCV libraries.
- Strong foundational knowledge of AI, computer vision, and deep learning principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of 3D geometry, mesh processing, transformations, and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with mesh components including vertices, edges, faces, and topology.
- Experience handling 3D file formats such as OBJ, FBX, and GLB.
- Expertise in UV mapping and texturing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Blender and other 3D asset management workflows.
- Skills in optimizing GPU performance and accelerating inference.
Cloud and Deployment Skills
- Competence deploying AI models on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Experience working with GPU-enabled cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Docker containerization and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to optimize AI models for rapid production inference.
