2nd Level Software Support Specialist (m/f/d)

About the Role

As a key player in the 2nd Level Software Support team, you serve as the vital link between our development department, project management, sales partners, and clients. This position offers a dynamic mix of support, problem-solving, testing, and advisory tasks within a rapidly expanding and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for our proprietary software solutions via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Work closely with software development and product management to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Serve as a technical consultant, collaborating on problem-solving approaches within the team.
• Test both new and existing features/components in Dynamics CRM to ensure functionality.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the team by implementing quality assurance measures.
• Act as the primary liaison across different departments, project leads, distribution partners, and customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Completed education in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Practical experience in software support or software development environments.
• Skills in at least one of the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, cloud/infrastructure technologies, Microsoft Copilot, or databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).
• Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-focused approach.
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and good command of English.
