Megaminds IT Services invites motivated MBA students to join as Subject Matter Expert (SME) interns, gaining practical experience in business analysis, management, research, and development within a dynamic IT services setting. This internship offers an excellent platform to develop and hone skills related to business solutions and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive business analyses aimed at identifying growth and improvement opportunities for assignments and student projects.
• Support the formulation and execution of business management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct detailed research on industry trends and competitors to guide strategic decisions.
• Leverage MS Office tools to prepare reports, data analyses, and presentations.
• Exhibit strong written English skills for producing professional documentation.
• Contribute to process management efforts to simplify workflows and boost productivity.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Applicants should be prepared to work remotely and be available to start between August 1 and September 5, 2026. The position requires a commitment to a six-month period and relevant skills and interests aligning with business management and analysis.

Compensation and Perks

A stipend ranging from INR 5000 to INR 8000 per month will be provided. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
