About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the Social Media Lead in implementing content and growth strategies for our social media channels. The intern will be primarily responsible for managing our daily Facebook activities, including posting content, engaging with the community, and fostering audience interaction.

Key duties include conducting competitive analysis across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to identify effective practices. The intern will also research trending elements like audio clips, hooks, memes, and content styles relevant to the student and education sectors, contributing creative ideas to maximize engagement.

Writing compelling copy for captions, hooks, scripts, and posts will be essential, alongside maintaining daily engagement by commenting on pertinent profiles, responding to user comments, and generating visibility through authentic interactions. The intern will oversee the content calendar and campaign schedules, acting promptly on timely opportunities.

Coordination with video editors, content creators, and team members to ensure timely content release is expected, including the use of social media management tools for scheduling. Maintaining a living document of content concepts, trends, and competitor activity will support ongoing strategy optimization.

Additional System Requirements

Stipend and Incentives

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to 14,000, comprised of a fixed component between INR 7,000 and 8,000, and incentives ranging from INR 5,000 to 6,000.
