About the Internship
This internship involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing various initiatives at Scope For Change (SFC) learning centers and government schools. The intern will actively teach students when necessary and mentor teachers on integrating innovative teaching practices. Oversight of teachers, interns, and volunteers is crucial to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. Administrative duties include maintaining attendance, assessment data, and monthly progress documentation.
The intern will also develop educational materials such as worksheets and learning content tailored to student needs. Organizing sessions on topics like health, hygiene, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, and environmental awareness forms a key part of the role. Regular interaction and coordination with school principals, teachers, and community members ensure seamless activity implementation.
Further responsibilities include orchestrating school events, employee engagement activities, educational drives, and community outreach programs. Field visits will be conducted routinely to assess project quality, gather data, and compile reports on activities and outcomes.
The role demands preparing diverse documentation including project presentations, reports, photographs, case studies, and success stories. Supporting fundraising efforts through proposal and report preparation is also expected. Managing social media channels, basic graphic design, photography, and documenting activities will augment the promotional efforts of SFC.
Generating student admissions and bolstering community engagement are important goals. Professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and high quality standards must be maintained consistently.

Compensation and Perks
This position offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 18,000 to 20,000. Selected interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
