About the Internship

This internship offers practical exposure to financial and accounting operations within a specialized care organization. The selected intern will be responsible for preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements, managing balance sheets and financial documents, and organizing data using Microsoft Excel. They will also generate invoices, maintain billing records, assist with statutory compliance like GST and TDS, and support payroll processes by handling employee records and salary calculations.

Maintaining accurate, compliant accounting records is crucial, as is reconciling transactions and resolving any discrepancies. The intern will provide timely financial reports and documentation to the finance team, ensuring confidentiality and precision in all assigned tasks.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be able to work full-time onsite for the duration of the internship.
• Applicants should be ready to start between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
• The internship lasts for 4 months.
• Only candidates located in Noida are eligible.
• Applicants should have relevant skills in accounting and finance.
• Preference is given to women re-entering or starting their careers.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship provides a monthly stipend between ₹7,000 and ₹15,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 plus additional incentives ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000. A certificate of completion is awarded upon finishing the internship.
