Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site customer service internship based in Chennai, with possible location coverage for Bangalore as well. The internship runs for 3 months and is intended for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer questions and requests over phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Support users with product, service, and account-related concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Work through customer complaints by diagnosing the issue, offering suitable solutions, or escalating cases when needed.
Keep detailed and accurate logs of customer conversations, feedback, and support tickets in CRM or other tracking tools.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, can stay for 3 months, and have relevant interests and skills.
