About the Internship
We seek a creative intern passionate about designing engaging Instagram posts and reels that grab attention. Join Jetlagged Private Limited, where we craft community-driven travel experiences based on interests like Formula 1, tennis grand slams, diving, music festivals, and culture trails — transforming travel into meaningful connections rather than simple trips. Our fast-moving, youthful team heavily leverages Instagram storytelling, and you will play a pivotal role in content creation.
Responsibilities
- Design visually captivating Instagram creatives including posts, carousels, and stories
- Edit and assemble concise video content such as Reels
- Convert travel themes, destinations, and experiences into compelling visual stories
- Experiment with content formats and trends to boost engagement
- Collaborate to refine initial content concepts into polished deliverables
- Contribute ideas for campaign strategies around upcoming trips and events
- Assist social media marketing efforts beyond Instagram, including Reddit community engagement and content dissemination
- Create and support basic emailers and newsletters
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Basic skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Strong design sense including layout, typography, and visual composition
- Awareness of Instagram's evolving formats and content trends
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment valuing iteration over perfection
- Good intuition for visual quality and audience appeal
- Curiosity about emerging trends and willingness to explore creative improvements
- Self-motivated with responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
- Interest in travel, cultural themes, sports, or online community culture
- Experience or interest in community platforms like Reddit and basic digital marketing
