CSI Mining Services, a fully owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), is a key provider of pit-to-ship mining services. Recognized as one of Australia's foremost mining services contractors, CSI delivers capital infrastructure and operational support across Western Australia and Queensland, catering to both MinRes projects and external clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Yardman Logistics professional to join our Hazelmere Workshop team. This workshop specialises in designing, manufacturing, repairing, and refurbishing mobile mining equipment for MinRes and its clients.
This role involves overseeing the safe and effective handling, storage, and dispatch of various materials and equipment, ensuring the workshop operates efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, values yard organisation, and prioritizes safety and operational excellence.
Work Details and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage movement of materials, equipment, and freight within the yard and workshop areas
- Inspect and document incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Organize, prepare, and dispatch items as per operational needs
- Maintain accurate inventories and update records accordingly
- Keep the yard tidy, organised, and compliant with safety regulations
- Support forklift operations and manage loading/unloading heavy machinery
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate closely with workshop and logistics personnel to facilitate workflow
- Uphold health and safety protocols and contribute to a secure working environment
Requirements:
- Valid Manual HR Class Driver's License
- HRWL endorsements including DG, RB, and LF
- Construction Induction Card
- Preferred but not essential: Certifications in Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Gas Testing
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to fulfill pre-employment medical examinations and drug & alcohol screening
