Role Responsibilities
- Assist production and logistics teams onsite in executing a variety of lean management initiatives.
- Engage in analyzing current processes and proactively develop and implement your improvement ideas, including planning new operational areas.
- Work closely under the Lean Management department's guidance, collaborating directly with production and logistics personnel following an introductory phase.
- Gain firsthand exposure to the workflows of an international company while acquiring applicable skills and knowledge through independent assignments.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in studies related to industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or economics with a strong interest in technology.
- Possess foundational knowledge of lean management acquired through academics or practical experiences.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or MES systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated motivation, teamwork skills, process comprehension, and an open, communicative attitude.
