Job Overview
A well-established mid-sized law firm is looking to hire a Word Processing Operator to work remotely. This role requires a candidate with prior experience in legal word processing along with proficiency in EDGAR filing procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Perform legal document preparation and word processing support.
- Maintain accuracy and formatting consistency in legal documents.
- Utilize EDGAR software for electronic filings effectively.
- Ensure strong attention to detail and clear communication throughout tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in legal word processing is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise with the EDGAR system is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication capabilities.
Additional Details
- Salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, non-exempt and based on experience.

- This position allows for remote work.
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
