About the Role
We are looking for a Wellness Response Partner to join our Wellness Response Team within the Psychological Health, Strategy and Response division. This position offers the responsibility of providing triage and direct assistance for employees encountering challenges related to self-harm, harm to others, and other serious mental health concerns, impacting both the individuals involved and the overall psychological well-being of the workforce. The ideal candidate will bring extensive clinical experience in psychology, counseling, or crisis intervention, with strong skills in risk evaluation, confident decision-making in critical circumstances, and the capacity to craft innovative and scalable solutions in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act swiftly and compassionately in responding to wellness incidents, ensuring affected individuals are connected to proper support resources.
- Conduct intake assessments, manage and triage cases, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address wellness incidents thoroughly.
- Provide 24/7 on-call availability, including weekends and holidays, to maintain continuous wellness response support.
- Develop and implement scalable strategies focused on organizational growth and improving wellness response capabilities, including change management initiatives.
- Offer guidance and strategic insights to all organizational levels by analyzing root causes and trends, recommending actionable solutions, and working closely with teams to implement improvements.
- Balance employee well-being and organizational risk factors when making decisions.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and partners based on data-driven needs.
- Collaborate with various departments including HR, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, Security, and others to expand and enhance wellness programs.
- Work with global and regional partners to triage and execute wellness solutions effectively.
- Influence major strategic initiatives and coordinate stakeholders internally and externally to guarantee proper implementation and milestone achievement.
- Lead and participate in projects as an active member of the extended HR community, fostering influence across the company.
- Promote productive, respectful, and integrity-driven working relationships.
- Cultivate an internal community spirit by supporting colleagues, facilitating onboarding, encouraging connection, and collaboration.
- Be actively involved in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 12 years of postgraduate clinical experience or direct care in psychology, counseling, or crisis response.
- A Master’s degree in psychology, behavioral health, mental health, or a related discipline.
- Licensure or accreditation as a psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent recognized by the relevant government or state regulatory body.
- Proven advanced clinical skills in crisis management, risk assessment, psychopathology, and occupational health.
- Experience working with diverse, global populations.
- Strong judgment in evaluating risks concerning individual health and organizational interests.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, empathy, and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Project and change management experience with independence in decision-making across multiple groups and locations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly evolving environments, building broad partnerships.
- Experience aiding growth in global and matrix-structured organizations.
- Strategic problem-solving and influence skills.
- Consulting, coaching, and facilitation expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with responsible and ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral science field.
- Ongoing development of AI skills like prompt engineering and agent orchestration, with awareness of emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to redesign workflows for improved efficiency and quality outcomes.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $174,000 to $247,000 annually, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. The total compensation package is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Listed figures reflect base salary and exclude bonuses and incentives.
