Role Overview
This position involves operating road cutting machinery with efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing basic preventive maintenance to ensure the machine's optimal function.
Key Duties
- Operate the road cutting machine cautiously and effectively.
- Conduct daily inspections and carry out preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain key components such as blades, belts, bearings, and shafts.
- Perform blade installation, alignment, lubrication, and execute minor repairs as necessary.
- Detect and resolve basic mechanical faults timely.
- Report any machine malfunctions, unusual sounds, vibrations, or leaks promptly.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs.
- Strictly follow safety guidelines and wear all required personal protective equipment.
