Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Operator or candidates with strong administrative, data entry, and customer service skills who are open to receiving full training for the position. Key Responsibilities
- Operate the site's weighbridge system to manage all vehicle entries and exits.
- Maintain the site diary and ensure the office remains organized at all times.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering and directing telephone calls.
- Conduct site inductions for all visitors ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
- Provide the appropriate personal protective equipment to all site entrants.
- Complete required documentation according to legal and company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies set by the company.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.
- Deliver exceptional frontline customer service to all site visitors and personnel.
Candidate Requirements
- Self-driven with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Flexible work attitude, with readiness to cover for colleagues during holidays or absences.
- Willingness to train for and undertake additional duties on site as needed.
Working Conditions & Details
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time.
- Work schedule: Four days on, four days off.
- Work location: North Tyneside, England, UK.
- Hourly pay rate: 13.50 GBP.
