Position Overview
Water plays a critical role in sustaining global health, and its management becomes increasingly vital as extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, and storms become more frequent and severe. Role Details
- Lead and participate in investigations, designs, and implementation across diverse projects including stormwater, water supply, wastewater, transport, and other multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure desired project results and uphold high client satisfaction.
- Create comprehensive, high-quality reports, correspondence, and deliverables as needed.
- Work in both office and field environments, collaborating with virtual teams locally and internationally within the company.
- Provide mentorship and training to graduate design engineers involved in projects.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a relevant university degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of five years professional experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with industry design standards and technical guidelines.
- Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Skilled in design and engineering software such as 12D, Civil3D, AutoCAD (ACAD), and GIS systems.
- Ability to foster teamwork and contribute to group collaboration.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of project ownership.
- Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to changing challenges.
Work Conditions and Model
The role is based onsite with a hybrid work approach encouraging office presence approximately three days weekly to engage in collaborative and dynamic work culture.
