Water Engineer

Role Details

• Lead and participate in investigations, designs, and implementation across diverse projects including stormwater, water supply, wastewater, transport, and other multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure desired project results and uphold high client satisfaction.
• Create comprehensive, high-quality reports, correspondence, and deliverables as needed.
• Work in both office and field environments, collaborating with virtual teams locally and internationally within the company.
• Provide mentorship and training to graduate design engineers involved in projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a relevant university degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of five years professional experience in the related field.
• Familiarity with industry design standards and technical guidelines.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Skilled in design and engineering software such as 12D, Civil3D, AutoCAD (ACAD), and GIS systems.
• Ability to foster teamwork and contribute to group collaboration.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of project ownership.
• Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to changing challenges.

Work Conditions and Model

The role is based onsite with a hybrid work approach encouraging office presence approximately three days weekly to engage in collaborative and dynamic work culture.
