Job Overview

Join the warehouse team in Erfurt to prepare customer orders efficiently for delivery. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and handling inventory mainly for Amazon services, including rapid delivery options.

Key Duties

• Prepare customer orders and pack them thoroughly.
• Receive incoming stock and allocate it properly.
• Load shipments into trucks for dispatch.
• Create, wrap, organize, and transport pallets and shipments.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Utilize technology like handheld scanners and smartphones to sort and prepare items for delivery.
• Operate powered industrial trucks including forklifts; training and certification are provided at no cost.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting up to 15kg, walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing up to 13 meters when required.

Shift and Location Details

A range of shift options exists, accommodating full-time (over 30 hours per week) and part-time (12+ hours weekly) schedules with fixed shifts. Workweeks run Monday to Saturday with 4 or 5 working days depending on the site.

Work locations include:

• DTH1: E2 Transport GmbH, Joseph-Meyer-Straße 5, 99095 Erfurt
• ERF1/ERF2: Erfurter Landstraße 53, 99095 Erfurt

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay is 15.80€ gross for daytime shifts with scheduled wage increases after 12 months (16.12€/h) and 24 months (17.78€/h).
