Job Overview

This full-time role involves working 39 hours per week at the H&M store located in Limerick, Ireland. The position requires availability across all seven days, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising, commercial strategies, and styling initiatives following store protocols to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
• Review sales performance, maintain garment quality, and collaborate with management to spot visual and commercial improvement opportunities.
• Utilize trend and competitor analysis to mentor and empower the store team, ensuring they deliver excellent customer interactions.

Team Interaction

The role is embedded within a lively store team comprising sales advisors, team leaders, department managers, visual merchandisers, and store managers all committed to creating an inspiring environment for customers and colleagues.
