Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Videographer to produce high-quality visual content that showcases construction projects, interiors, exteriors, and completed homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting professional photoshoots, editing the captured content, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to create compelling materials for digital platforms and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture superior quality photographs and videos of construction sites, property interiors, exteriors, and finished homes.
- Organize and execute professional photoshoots tailored to project, site, or property needs.
- Develop engaging visual assets suitable for social media such as Instagram and LinkedIn, website content, and marketing initiatives.
- Edit and enhance images and videos utilizing tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or comparable software.
- Collaborate with marketing and design departments to align visual content with campaign objectives.
- Systematically maintain a well-organized archive of all project-related photos, videos, and visual materials.
- Regularly visit construction locations to document project progress and significant milestones.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in photography and videography, preferably within construction or real estate sectors.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
