NTU International is preparing a project proposal titled “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”. As part of this initiative, they are assembling a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (both Senior and Junior) available on a short-term, demand-driven basis over 36 months. The core purpose is to deliver strategic, technical, and logistical communication assistance to DG MENA, enhancing the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and Gulf regions.

Role Overview – Junior Non-Key Expert Videographer

The videographer will contribute to creating compelling video content capturing various official events and communication activities, supporting EU communication efforts throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-definition video footage at conferences, workshops, official visits, press events, and related communication activities.
• Produce engaging video materials tailored for websites, social media, promotional, and institutional communication uses.
• Participate in pre-production planning stages such as scripting and shot arrangement.
• Collaborate effectively with producers, editors, and communication professionals to ensure top-notch visual storytelling quality.
• Maintain and operate filming equipment, securing technical excellence during shoots.
• Organize and archive video content for future project utilization.
• Support multimedia productions adhering to EU branding and communication standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Formal videography training or an equivalent qualification.
• Availability of professional filming equipment to execute tasks.
• Proficient working knowledge of English.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of general experience in videography roles.
• A minimum of 1 year specializing in capturing institutional and event footage.
