Position Overview
We are searching for an experienced Vice President to act as the day-to-day strategic leader for a client's Brand Vetting & Monitoring program. Working remotely on a 6-month contract with a compensation range of $75-80 per hour (W2), this role requires authorization to work in the U.S. and is ineligible for sponsorship. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Global Account Lead to manage day-to-day operations of the Brand Vetting & Monitoring program.
- Be the senior client liaison to ensure strategic, proactive, and responsive communication and account management.
- Develop trusted relationships with high-level client stakeholders, adeptly handling complex discussions and adapting to changing needs.
- Support program expansion through strategic insights, opportunity identification, and industry thought leadership.
- Lead and mentor global market leads responsible for vetting and monitoring across regions, ensuring consistent processes, quality, and reporting.
- Implement global updates, operational improvements, and best practices while promoting adoption throughout the network.
- Address challenges in partnership with regional teams to enhance program delivery continuously.
- Oversee daily operations of the global program to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely work delivery.
- Manage workflows, team capacity, and staffing to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Create scalable processes supporting program growth and evolving client requirements.
- Lead the AI workstream to enhance vetting and monitoring through automation and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with internal experts to pilot, deploy, and expand new technologies within the program.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the account.
- Serve as a senior leader by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and knowledge exchange among global teams.
- Work jointly with the Global Account Lead on strategy, client engagement, staffing, and prioritization.
- Produce thought leadership insights on industry trends such as creator risk, AI, brand safety, and influencer marketing to support clients and identify opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in client services, communications, influencer marketing, brand safety, risk management, consulting, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing complex global accounts with senior-level client interaction.
- Experienced in managing distributed teams across various time zones and markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence.
- Highly organized with advanced operational and project management expertise.
- History of driving process improvements and spearheading cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated passion and experience with AI and emerging technology innovations, preferably leading transformation efforts.
- Strong strategic thinking balancing broad planning with detailed execution.
- Preferable background in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand safety, or reputation risk management.
