Role Overview

The Vehicle Loan Executive role, based in Attingal, Kerala, is a full-time position predominantly onsite with some flexibility for remote work. This position involves direct interaction with customers to inform and guide them regarding vehicle loan products, evaluating eligibility criteria, and assisting with document handling and loan approval procedures. The executive will collaborate with vehicle dealers, credit teams, and branch personnel to ensure smooth loan processing and adherence to company policies and regulations. Daily duties include lead follow-ups, basic financial evaluations, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with collections and loan renewals when needed. The role demands accurate record-keeping, simple report preparation, and contributing towards sales and customer service objectives of the branch.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer and partner engagement.
  • Proven ability in sales and negotiation to effectively promote vehicle loan products, convert prospective leads, and meet sales targets.
  • Basic financial knowledge with attention to detail for document verification, credit support, and maintaining precise records.
  • Good organizational talents and time management to handle multiple loan applications, timely follow-ups, and daily administrative reporting.
  • Preferably diploma or bachelor’s degree holders in commerce, finance, business, or related disciplines; experience in retail lending, vehicle finance, or NBFC/banking environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the local language and market conditions, proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and data entry systems, and a strong adherence to ethical and regulatory compliance standards.
