Valet Operation Manager

About the Role

We seek a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to lead and manage valet parking services in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position involves overseeing daily valet operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of vehicle handling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at designated valet parking locations.
• Lead and supervise the valet driver team to ensure efficient and safe vehicle handling.
• Coordinate logistics related to parking and promptly address operational challenges.
• Guarantee that customer vehicles are managed with utmost care and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements and monitor staff attendance diligently.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) to commute between valet points.
• Possess a valid driving license with competence in driving both manual and automatic four-wheelers.
• Prior experience in valet or parking operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in team coordination and management.
• Good communication abilities with fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English being advantageous.
• Availability for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information

This role requires physical presence across valet points within Mumbai and flexibility in shift timings. Interested candidates should prepare to manage multiple locations and address on-ground operational challenges effectively.
