Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our energetic team. This role involves creating user-centric, visually attractive interfaces aligned with company standards and client needs. The designer will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to devise and implement design strategies that improve usability and interface aesthetics. The focus will be on designing smooth and accessible user experiences for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet branding guidelines while ensuring accessibility.
• Develop detailed user flows covering all scenarios including normal actions, errors, and edge cases to ensure a consistent experience.
• Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes that clearly communicate user interactions and navigation paths.
• Stay current with UI design trends, industry standards, and innovative design principles to produce modern solutions.
• Adapt designs to project specifics either by following existing style guides or establishing new design systems.
• Maintain digital style guides to ensure consistent design language across all applications.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces suitable for various screen sizes and platforms.
• Work closely with developers by supplying precise design specifications and assets to enable smooth implementation.
• Quickly revise designs based on user input, stakeholder feedback, and collaborative critiques to enhance usability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual and interaction design demonstrated through a comprehensive portfolio.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a user-first design approach.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Agile development processes and conducting user research is desirable.
• Familiarity with enterprise or B2B software design is seen as an advantage.
• A growth mindset and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
