Treasury Analyst

About the Role

HireForce is partnering with a prominent private Family Office based in Dublin to hire a Treasury Analyst. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Treasury Analyst will be pivotal in overseeing treasury functions, managing liquidity, banking interactions, and cashflow across multiple investment entities within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity for several entities.
• Develop both short-term and long-term cashflow forecasts to aid in strategic planning.
• Track banking transactions, monitor cash balances, and evaluate funding needs.
• Supervise electronic payment procedures ensuring strict adherence to financial controls.
• Handle banking relationships, oversee account management, and maintain financing documentation.
• Compile treasury reports and deliver insightful analysis to senior leadership.
• Assist in managing debt facilities, refinancing initiatives, and investment deals.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing working capital.
• Collaborate with external banks, advisors, and internal teams.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in treasury, financial analysis, corporate finance, or financial reporting.
• Strong grasp of cashflow management and financial control mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with advanced Excel functions and familiar with financial systems.
