Dream On Travel is looking for a proactive, detail-focused Travel Consultant - Operations who will oversee daily logistics, coordinate with various vendors, and ensure seamless execution of trips from initial planning to completion. Key Expectations

This role is responsible for smooth end-to-end trip management by researching exemplary experiences, managing vendor engagements, handling transport logistics, and ensuring on-site arrangements are flawless. Duties include sourcing and onboarding ideal properties and partners, managing daily operational communications, and acting as the main contact during trips to guarantee flawless travel journeys.

The Senior Operations Head will play a vital role in transforming travel plans into successful realities by balancing thorough research, coordination, and on-ground troubleshooting with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new properties, transportation vendors, and destinations to elevate trip quality.
• Manage transportation logistics including vehicle and transport bookings for current trips.
• Coordinate closely with property owners, transport providers, and various vendors for each travel plan.
• Negotiate pricing and foster strong, dependable vendor relationships.
• Work alongside sales and customer teams to ensure travel itineraries are executed smoothly.
• Respond quickly and effectively to resolve operational issues during travel.
• Maintain and update comprehensive records of vendor agreements, payments, and trip logistics.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, or travel coordination is advantageous.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Tamil, plus proficiency in at least one regional language such as Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada.
• Strong skills in negotiation and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to remain composed and make swift decisions under pressure.
• Highly organized and detail-conscious with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Desirable: Knowledge of popular travel destinations and hospitality industry standards.

Additional Information

• This role is based in Coimbatore with a requirement for daily office attendance; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
• Candidates must be located in Coimbatore or willing to commute daily.
• Starting monthly salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, depending on performance.
• Minimum professional experience required is between 2 to 4 years.
