Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Travel Agent position in Tirana involves assisting clients in creating and booking comprehensive travel itineraries. Duties encompass managing reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, guiding customers based on their needs and budgets, and facilitating a hassle-free booking process across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Arrange complete travel bookings including flights, lodging, car rentals, and tour packages.
• Provide customers with precise travel information and tailored destination recommendations.
• Respond to client queries in-person, via phone, and email promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues to ensure smooth booking experiences.
• Engage in promotional activities, highlighting special offers to boost sales.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, policy changes, and partner services.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing reservations and coordinating diverse travel arrangements.
• Strong customer service capabilities including effective communication, listening skills, and problem-solving.
• Experience handling car rental bookings as part of travel solutions.
• Sales-driven approach with ability to promote offers and meet targets.
• Previous work experience in a travel agency or tourism-related environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with booking systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) technology.
• Organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure with keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Albanian languages; additional language skills are advantageous.
