Training Manager - Insurance & Financial Services

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Manager to join our growing financial services company located in Dunwoody, GA. This full-time, permanent, onsite position offers a salary between $60,000 and $75,000 depending on experience, along with competitive benefits. The role involves overseeing the creation, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the development of our financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate firm-wide training sessions and events.
• Plan and manage daily and weekly training meetings to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and engage guest speakers and subject matter experts to contribute to training offerings.
• Lead orientation and onboarding sessions for new team members, covering entry-level and experienced representatives.
• Enroll new hires in mandatory training programs and monitor their timely completion.
• Coordinate assessments including test-outs and competency evaluations.
• Maintain precise records of training attendance, compliance documentation, and other pertinent reports.
• Participate in all mandatory meetings and training sessions weekly and monthly as required.
• Work closely with leadership to continually enhance training materials, schedules, and participant engagement strategies.
• Ensure all training schedules, communications, and educational resources are up to date and appropriately disseminated.
