About the Role

Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Training & Placement Manager to serve as a bridge between students and the industry. This role demands fostering corporate relations, managing placement procedures, improving student employability, and guiding successful recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust connections with companies, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.
  • Create placement opportunities by organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other employer engagement events.
