Job Role and Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening candidate resumes, and organizing interviews for associates.
- Coordinate with the associates' service provider for issuing appointment and service letters.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required documents are collected and completed.
- Maintain and regularly update associate master data across all Shared Services Center (SSC) locations within the internal management system.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking for third-party associates; compile attendance data and provide salary inputs to the service providers.
- Review salary registers and invoices, and coordinate with administrative, finance & accounts teams and service providers to facilitate salary disbursal, contract extensions, and final settlements across all locations.
- Maintain documentation of training activities including attendance records, feedback, and assessments.
- Assist in supporting other HR functions such as employee engagement initiatives and appraisal processes.
