Position Overview

As a Tour Planner, you will be responsible for organizing personnel and vehicle deployment to ensure efficient daily routes and compliance with legal regulations within our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate staffing requirements effectively.
• Schedule the deployment of delivery vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor and manage daily delivery routes while strictly adhering to relevant legal guidelines.
• Conduct operational route planning focusing on maximizing efficiency and economic viability.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training successfully.
• Several years of professional experience specifically in route planning.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing personnel and strong customer focus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Exhibit foresight, structured and independent working approach, combined with customer orientation.
• High social skills paired with persuasiveness, negotiation ability, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Possess Class C/CE driving license.
• Solid understanding of personnel regulations.
