Tool Hookup Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in tool hookup within industrial construction environments, based at our Dholera site. This position demands extensive hands-on experience and a strong focus on field execution for managing tool hookup and installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive tool hookup and installation processes directly on the site.
• Maintain coordination and communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.
• Lead on-site construction and hookup activities while prioritizing safety, installation quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Manage the sequencing and integration of various utility hookups efficiently.
• Address and solve site-related challenges promptly to avoid schedule delays.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 7 years of practical experience in tool hookup, industrial construction, or equipment installation.
• Proven expertise specifically in tool hookup on construction sites.
• Strong field execution capability with direct involvement in project delivery.
• Experienced in managing relationships and work coordination with vendors, contractors, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
• Knowledgeable in utility hookups, including mechanical, piping, electrical, gas, or chemical systems.
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical documents such as drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Demonstrated commitment to installation quality and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Background

• Previous work experience in industrial construction sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or data centers.
• Familiarity with complex and high-specification utility systems is considered an advantage.
