About the Role
Quadra Spaces seeks a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team in Solapur, Maharashtra. This position requires engaging with prospective clients and property owners through outbound calls to generate leads, arrange meetings and site visits, maintain accurate customer records, and assist the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and property owners to identify business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Schedule client meetings and property site visits efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and customer needs.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and reliable with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in a goal-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not compulsory.
