Telesales Executive

About the Role

Indian Talent is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive based at our Baner office in Pune to actively engage with parents and educational institutions. The role focuses on promoting and enrolling students in the Indian Talent Olympiad through strategic telephonic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to parents and schools to introduce Olympiad programs.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Indian Talent Olympiad to potential participants.
• Generate prospective leads and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Meticulously document call details and conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily and monthly sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent spoken English skills are essential.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities to influence target audiences.
• Preferably experienced in telesales or telecalling roles.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Ability and willingness to work from Baner location office premises.
