Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team at Devansh Insurance Broking in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves actively reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our insurance products and convert leads into policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases or cold calling techniques.
- Explain the features and benefits of various insurance products tailored to customer requirements.
- Identify customer needs accurately and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Follow up persistently with potential clients to secure sales and policy conversions.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, calls, sales, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality norms.
- Collaborate with operations teams for the issuance and follow-up of insurance policies.
- Promote additional insurance products or riders through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Maintain and update call logs and CRM system for tracking purposes.
Additional Details
