Role Overview
Arthasphere Private Limited is seeking a Telecalling Executive based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. This position involves both outbound and inbound calling to promote products or services and address customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential and current clients to introduce and sell products or services.
- Respond to incoming customer calls to resolve questions and complaints efficiently.
- Develop leads by understanding customer requirements to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain precise records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using the company’s CRM platform.
- Aim to consistently meet or surpass sales and lead conversion goals set daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Perform regular follow-up communications to cultivate leads and complete sales transactions.
Compensation
The role offers a salary range from 15,000 to 28,000 INR each month.
