About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team at a jewellery showroom in Madurai. This position focuses on managing customer communications, follow-ups, and converting leads to help drive showroom sales and enhance customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries with detailed product information.
- Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, and walk-in traffic to encourage purchases.
- Notify customers about the latest collections, promotional offers, and upcoming events.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the showroom sales team to facilitate successful conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil and basic proficiency in English communication.
- A pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong customer service and interaction skills.
