Job Overview
Yash Enterprises seeks a Telecalling Executive based in Chandigarh, India, tasked with contacting clients to facilitate the collection of overdue EMI and loan payments. The role involves professional communication, system updates, and collaboration with field personnel.
Primary Duties
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding EMI and loan installments.
- Politely and professionally encourage customers to settle their pending payments.
- Document call details and update recovery progress within the company's system.
- Clarify payment plan options and negotiate settlement arrangements when appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations throughout all recovery calls.
- Liaise with field executives as necessary for effective recovery operations.
Additional Information
Applicants holding DRA certification are preferred; however, candidates without this certification are also welcome to apply.
